Once a fully equipped roadbike, this 1982 Gazelle Champion Mondial A - 57,5cm high - was stripped down to a two-speed city bike. Its Sturmey Archer S2C hub changes gear with a swift backkick of the pedals and brakes when full power is applied. Clad in a creme coloured powdercoat and dressed in corduroy fabric it is any hipster's companion. Simplicity of design is subtly underlined by its front wheel radial spoke pattern, the cork-sealed bar ends and the absence of bartape.
