Our Body is Designed to Move

Working out for your health is not very high on the list of our 4-year old. But Joe’s playful way of teaching sparks her on to join us each time, even if it is only for a bit. It is so much fun to do this as a family.

Don’t be fooled though. Even if Joe’s focus seems to be on getting kids in action, his workouts are really serious. I excercise each day, but my first HIT training totally floored me.
